Your personal data is shared with third parties in accordance with the purposes and legal reasons specified in the section “A. Purposes of Processing Personal Data, Collection Methods and Legal Reasons” of this disclosure text. Information on with whom and for what purposes your personal data are shared is provided below:

Ø Companies from which we receive products and services (Domestic Business Partners, Suppliers) Receiving support from third parties within the scope of supplying goods or services or in case of requests, suggestions, complaints.

Authorized Institutions and Organizations, Legally Authorized Persons Fulfillment of our legal obligations in cases where authorized institutions or organizations request our Company or where it is stipulated that we notify these institutions.

While sharing your personal data with third parties, compliance with the rules of the Law regarding the transfer of personal data is ensured.

C. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

You can always submit your requests regarding your personal data within the scope of Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data to the following addresses in writing in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller” or by using your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or your e-mail address that you have previously notified to Sanipak and registered in our system.

When sharing your applications regarding your rights under the Law with us, you can use the Data Subject Application Form available at www.sanipak.com.tr/uploads/basvuruFormu.pdfDepending on the nature of your request, your applications will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest. If the transaction requires an additional cost, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
